SANDY O'DELL, SENIOR CONSULTANT

Lead Generation Consultant

As a lead generation consultant and direct marketer, Sandy O'Dell has 30 years of experience in planning, creating, and implementing direct marketing and lead generation programs that consistently produced higher revenues and net profit for her clients.

Sandy works with the Wellesley Hills Group as a Senior Consultant for service and technology companies seeking to expand their client base beyond repeat business and referrals.

Prior to her work with the Wellesley Hills Group, Sandy joined a well-known, face-to-face lead generation company where she worked with management and technology consulting companies to secure and design high-level, face-to-face meetings with their optimal prospects. As a lead generation consultant, she has worked with clients in technology, consulting, training, and other professional services industries to create pivotal growth opportunities.

Sandy began her career in direct marketing with the American Management Association (AMA) - a global leader in management development. At AMA, Sandy quickly leveraged her database intelligence and creative instincts to launch new and jumpstart flagging product and service lines. In recognition of her achievements, Sandy was appointed by the CEO to lead AMA's Corporate Marketing Initiative that produced over $150 million in sales in its first year.

As General Manager of AMA's Training Products Division, Sandy tripled the number and retention rate of corporate customers by introducing a new service line where clients could  benchmark progress against industry standards.  In addition, Sandy negotiated synergistic partnerships with universities, libraries, and professional associations to increase profit threefold in less than three years.
