CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation for seminars and webinars received more than 10 business days before the start of the program will be refunded 100% of their registration fee. Within 10 business days of the start of the program, cancellations will receive a credit for a future seminar of equal value. Event no-shows will not receive fee refunds or transfer credit.
