Erica Stritch, Vice President

Erica BioAs a Vice President at Wellesley Hills Group, Erica leads strategy and execution for all aspects of marketing, lead generation, thought leadership development, and branding.

Most recently, Erica was General Manager of RainToday.com where she shepherded the online publication's rise to becoming the largest resource for sales and marketing knowledge for professional services firms in the world with more than 90,000 subscribers. Here she oversaw all content development and marketing and lead numerous product and service launches resulting in revenue growth of 500% in 3 years.

Prior to her work with RainToday.com, Erica was a consultant here at Wellesley Hills Group where she worked with consulting, technology, accounting, and other professional services firms to strengthen their marketplace messages and competitive positioning. Her consulting work with clients included planning, creating, and implementing interactive marketing, content marketing, direct marketing, and lead generation programs. 

A much sought after expert in marketing and sales, Erica has been quoted in publications such as MarketingProfs and Entrepreneur Magazine. Erica is author of numerous articles that have been published in several industry publications including Microsoft Dynamics Marketing and Sales Community, Hoovers.com, CPA Leadership Report, Professional Services Journal, Sales Lead Management Association, and others. She also contributed to the book, Speaking Your Way to Success (Houghton Mifflin, April 2010). Erica is a weekly contributor to the Rainmaker Blog, read by thousands of marketers and sales people each month.

Erica holds a BA in Business Administration from Boston University School of Management and is an avid skier and martial artist. She also enjoys hiking and exploring the lakes and rivers throughout New England.
